1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the Joliking platform at joliking.vu, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Joliking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all aspects of the platform including registration, account management, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, and communications with the support team. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Joliking.

2 Eligibility

To use the Joliking platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are accessing the platform from the Philippines.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Joliking employee where such use would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by Joliking.

Joliking reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and any winnings voided.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the Joliking platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This requires you to submit a valid government-issued identification document. Once verification is completed, no further submission is required unless Joliking requests an update due to a change in circumstances.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Joliking strongly recommends enabling OTP (one-time password) verification. Do not share your login details with any other person. Joliking will not be liable for losses incurred through unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Joliking are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via Philippine bank transfer, online banking, and local e-wallet channels. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed during the deposit process. Joliking does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframe indicated in your account. VIP members at Gold and Platinum tier receive priority processing. Joliking reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the transaction triggers an internal security review.

5 Placing Bets and Wagers

Once a bet or wager has been placed and confirmed on the Joliking platform, it cannot be amended or cancelled. This applies to all game categories including slots, live casino, sports betting, eBingo, and online poker.

For sports betting, bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a postponement, cancellation, or any situation not covered by the standard settlement rules, Joliking's sportsbook settlement policy will apply. Joliking reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, odds display error, or where the outcome of a game could be considered to have been influenced by circumstances outside normal play. Players will be notified if a bet is voided and the stake returned.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Joliking may offer promotional bonuses, cashback arrangements, and VIP rewards from time to time. Each offer is governed by its own specific terms, which are presented at the time of the promotion. These platform-wide Terms and Conditions apply alongside any promotion-specific conditions.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account balance. Wagering requirements, if any, must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Joliking does not publish specific bonus percentages or amounts in general terms as these vary by offer and are subject to change.

Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or using third-party software to exploit bonus mechanics – is a breach of these terms and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and potential account suspension.

7 Account Suspension and Closure

Joliking reserves the right to suspend or close any account where there is reasonable evidence of a breach of these Terms and Conditions. This includes but is not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, participating in fraudulent activity, attempting to manipulate game outcomes, or abusing promotional offers.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be frozen. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, Joliking may forfeit some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

8 Responsible Gaming

This includes losses resulting from technical interruptions, errors, delays, or unauthorised account access caused by your own failure to maintain account security.

Joliking does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. In the event of a service interruption during live gameplay, any incomplete bets will be handled in accordance with the applicable game or sport settlement rules.

11 Privacy and Data

The collection and use of your personal data by Joliking is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the platform. By registering, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the use of your data as described therein.
